Jamie Lee Latsko, Esq. has dedicated her career to matrimonial and family law matters and focuses on custody and parenting time disputes, modification of existing court orders, and domestic violence issues. She has experience assisting clients in the negotiation and drafting of settlement, separation, and prenuptial agreements, and is well versed in the preparation of wills and advance directives. She approaches each client with a sense of compassion for their individual circumstances, and has a desire to provide honest strategic analysis and work collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcome.
Ms. Latsko began her legal career at Zipp, Tannenbaum & Caccavelli, LLC, where she worked as a legal assistant while attending Rutgers Law School as an evening student. There, she gained invaluable knowledge in the areas of property valuation and tax liability, which she applies often when advising clients with respect to equitable distribution, asset valuation, and potential tax consequences. Prior to joining Rozin Golinder Law, LLC, Ms. Latsko worked as an associate attorney at John Rue & Associates, where she represented clients in various family law matters including, but not limited to, custody modifications and domestic violence actions.
Jamie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, where she was a member of the women’s tennis team and spent a summer abroad in Thailand, studying the effects of globalization on local culture. She received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law, and also earned the Family Law Certificate for her completion of a comprehensive course of study with a specific focus in the area of family law. While attending law school, Ms. Latsko provided pro bono assistance to victims of domestic violence through the Courtroom Advocates Project, and gained valuable experience representing clients at all stages of domestic violence proceedings, from inception through trial.
She is also active in the East Brunswick community and sits as board member of both the Aldersgate United Methodist Church Crisis Room and the East Brunswick Community Housing Coalition, serves secretary on the Executive Board of the East Brunswick Baseball League, and is president of the Irwin Elementary School PTA.
