Robin Jill Schneider, Esq. brings more than 30 years of dedicated family law experience to her role as Of Counsel at our firm. Among the first class of family law attorneys in the State to become a New Jersey Supreme Court Certified Matrimonial Attorney, Robin has been recertified every five years since. Robin is also a Qualified Mediator pursuant to R. 1:40 and a trained Arbitrator through the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). Notably, Robin is often chosen by the Courts as well as her peers to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem, Parenting Coordinator and Arbitrator in the most complex and contested of cases. Her career is marked by an unwavering commitment to client advocacy, a deep understanding of complex family dynamics, and an exceptional ability to litigate and negotiate with equal strength. Known for her honesty, professionalism, and courtroom experience, Robin has earned an exemplary reputation throughout the legal community for fighting fiercely and strategically for her clients’ best interests.
Robin understands how emotionally and financially challenging divorce can be. Clients are often unsure when to stand their ground and when compromise is the wiser path. Robin uses her 30+ years of experience to guide families through even the most difficult transitions—always with candor, compassion, and a results-oriented mindset. Whether dealing with the division of marital property or crafting a workable parenting plan, she offers clear advice backed by legal acumen and real-world perspective. Her practice includes high-conflict divorce, matters involving self-employed spouses, same-sex couples, and interstate relocation, and she has earned the trust of clients facing even the most sensitive and high-stakes disputes.
Robin’s approach is both straightforward and strategic: she tells her clients what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear, and empowers them with knowledge and options. In addition to her extensive litigation background, her mediation and arbitration training allow her to resolve disputes efficiently when appropriate, saving clients time, cost, and emotional strain.
