Bio

Francesca P. Buarne is an Associate Attorney with Rozin | Golinder Law, LLC. Francesca has exclusively dedicated her practice to all areas of matrimonial and family law across the State of New Jersey including, but not limited to, divorce, alimony, equitable distribution, custody and parenting time disputes, and child support. Francesca prides herself in her professionalism, fierce advocacy, and ability to provide personalized representation to each one of her clients in a compassionate manner. Francesca actively listens to her clients, educates her clients as to their rights, obligations, and options, and focuses on her clients’ ultimate goals when working towards a positive and efficient resolution.

Francesca graduated cum laude from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. Upon graduation from TCNJ, Francesca earned a Juris Doctorate from the City University of New York School of Law. While in law school, Francesca served as a Managing Articles Editor of the CUNY Law Review and Co-President of the Coalition Against Intimate Partner Violence. Francesca served as a legal intern for the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, Office of Law Guardian, where she worked exclusively on alleged child abuse and neglect matters involving the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, and for Partners for Women and Justice, where she worked exclusively on domestic violence related legal matters. Francesca also served as judicial intern for the Honorable Bruce J. Kaplan, J.S.C., Family Part (Middlesex County, New Jersey) and the Honorable Margaret Parisi-McGowan, Matrimonial Part (Queens County, New York). These experiences collectively formed her passion for the practice of family law.

Prior to joining Rozin | Golinder Law, Francesca served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Bruce J. Kaplan, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County. Following her clerkship with Judge Kaplan, Francesca was an Associate Attorney at Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq, where she practiced in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, wills and estates, employment law, and general civil litigation. Her knowledge of various practice areas helps her guide her clients in Family Law, as many Family Law matters touch on issues stemming from various areas of law.

Francesca is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Bankruptcy Court.
