Brian also represents public entities, officials, and employees in Title 59 and civil rights actions in cases involving excessive force, wrongful arrest, malicious prosecution, and employment discrimination investigations. His unique practice also includes all aspects of family law litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Clients trust Brian’s extensive qualifications and experience to guide them through all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He is an AV Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell, a distinction given to attorneys who demonstrate the highest level of professional excellence, ethical standards, and legal ability as recognized by their peers. Additionally, Brian is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney, a designation awarded only to those who have demonstrated specific skills in family and matrimonial law set by the Supreme Court and American Bar Association.
