At Rozin | Golinder Law, professional involvement is about more than attending community events. It is part of our commitment to remaining informed, contributing to the legal profession, and serving New Jersey families with knowledgeable and strategic representation.
Over the past several months, our attorneys have participated in important leadership, educational, and networking events throughout the state. These included the Middlesex County Bar Association Installation Dinner, the New Jersey Association for Justice Boardwalk Seminar, the New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Meeting and Convention, and the multi-county Beach Blast BBQ.
Each event offered a different opportunity to learn, collaborate, and strengthen relationships within New Jersey’s legal community.
Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder, founder and managing attorney of Rozin | Golinder Law, was honored to be installed as First Vice President of the Middlesex County Bar Association. The installation took place during the Association’s June 3 Installation Dinner at the Park Chateau in East Brunswick.
Elizabeth’s appointment reflects years of service to the Association. Before becoming First Vice President, she served on its Board of Trustees and Executive Board. Her continued involvement demonstrates the trust she has developed among fellow attorneys and her dedication to the legal community in Middlesex County.
Along with leading Rozin | Golinder Law, Elizabeth has devoted her career to matrimonial and family law. She represents clients in matters involving divorce, child custody, parenting time, alimony, child support, domestic violence, equitable distribution, and post-judgment disputes.
Her new leadership position also reflects a broader belief held throughout our firm: Attorneys can better serve their clients when they remain actively involved in the profession and contribute to the legal community around them.
Rozin | Golinder Law congratulates Elizabeth and all the newly installed officers of the Middlesex County Bar Association. We look forward to another year of service, professional growth, and community involvement.
Elizabeth also recently served as Co-Chair of the Matrimonial Program at the New Jersey Association for Justice Boardwalk Seminar at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City.
The Boardwalk Seminar brings together attorneys from across New Jersey for educational programs covering significant legal developments and practical issues affecting client advocacy. As Co-Chair, Elizabeth helped organize and moderate presentations focused on emerging issues in divorce and family law.
She also presented on New Jersey’s recently revised custody statute and discussed how the changes may affect custody disputes and parenting time matters. The amended law places greater focus on children’s safety and expressed preferences while introducing new considerations involving therapy and treatment in contested custody cases.
Changes of this scope can raise difficult questions for parents, attorneys, and courts. Educational programs allow legal professionals to examine the statutory language, discuss how it may be applied, and consider its possible effect on New Jersey families.
Elizabeth’s work on the program reflects her commitment to keeping fellow attorneys informed and encouraging thoughtful discussion about major developments in family law.
Attorneys from Rozin | Golinder Law were also proud to attend the New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Meeting and Convention at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.
The Annual Meeting provides legal professionals with opportunities to attend continuing education programs, discuss developments in New Jersey law, and connect with attorneys, judges, and other members of the profession.
For our team, continuing legal education is a meaningful part of representing families facing high-stakes personal matters. Divorce and custody cases can affect a person’s home, finances, relationship with their children, and plans for the future. Attorneys handling these cases need to remain attentive to changes in the law and evolving issues in New Jersey courtrooms.
Participation in statewide programs supports our firm’s effort to bring informed analysis and individualized strategies to matters involving:
The Annual Meeting also gave our attorneys the opportunity to exchange ideas with professionals from different practice areas and regions of the state.
Attorneys Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder and Francesca Buarne attended the Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean County Bar Associations’ Beach Blast BBQ on July 9.
The annual event brought attorneys and judges together in a relaxed setting to strengthen professional relationships across county lines. These connections encourage communication and collaboration within the legal community.
Rozin | Golinder Law represents individuals and families throughout Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset, Union, and other New Jersey counties. Participating in multi-county events helps our attorneys remain connected with colleagues serving communities across the state.
Professional engagement does not replace careful case preparation or individualized representation. It does, however, support a legal culture in which attorneys continue learning from one another and remain involved in the institutions that shape the practice of law.
These recent events reflect the values that guide Rozin | Golinder Law: preparation, education, leadership, and service.
Family law cases involve far more than paperwork and court appearances. They affect parents, children, finances, homes, and relationships that may continue long after a case ends. Our team understands how personal these matters can become.
From our offices in East Brunswick and Shrewsbury, Rozin | Golinder Law represents clients in divorce and family law matters throughout New Jersey. Our attorneys work to provide direct guidance, thoughtful strategies, and compassionate support based on the facts of each case.
