He amicable resolves favorable agreements for his clients where appropriate and litigates cases as necessary. Brian’s practice and no-nonsense approach to family law has been strongly influenced by his experience working in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex Vicinage, in the early 2000s. Since that time, he has put his unique background and experience to work on behalf of his clients. He has tried many cases to conclusion and made successful appearances defending trial results in the Appellate Division.
Brian’s practice, although focused on family law, is not limited to family law cases and has allowed him to represent parties in Municipal and Superior Courts throughout New Jersey on a range of general practice issues, including partition actions, Special Civil cases, General Equity cases, employment law, and routine litigation. Practicing throughout New Jersey, Brian frequently appears in Middlesex, Union, Somerset, Hunterdon, Mercer and Monmouth counties. He volunteers as a Family Law panelist at the Middlesex County Court’s Early Settlement Panel program and serves as a Trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association, where he co-chairs the family law section
