Misty A.V. Avallone

Originally from Houston, Texas, Misty received her B.A. in English with a minor in Political Science from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA. Misty worked for the firm of Hanan M. Isaacs, P.C., for a year as a paralegal, and then attended Western Michigan Law School in Lansing, Michigan, receiving her J.D. in September 2011. Misty is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Since becoming an attorney, Misty has represented employees in civil lawsuits against their employers in both the private and public sectors. Misty also has extensive experience in and focuses most of her work on matrimonial matters including child support, custody, parenting time, alimony and equitable distribution, as well as domestic violence matters.
