As the founding partner of Rozin | Golinder Law, Attorney Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder has received a special award from the Middlesex County Bar Association (MCBA): the Martin S. Goldin Family Law Award.
About the Award
Named after the late Martin “Marty” Goldin, who served as the chair of the Family Law Section from 1972 until his death in 2002, the Martin S. Goldin Family Law Award is presented each year to a family law practitioner who has been active for 15 years or less and who exemplifies the principles Marty stood for as an attorney.
These principles include:
- Maintaining a continuous study of past and present case law
- Making a careful and detailed analysis of each case
- Presenting the issues and applicable law to clients in a readily understandable manner
- Attempting to settle issues on a fair and reasonable basis before resorting to litigation
- Fostering respect and courtesy for the bench and bar
- Maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism
- Exhibiting leadership in the County or State Bar Association
Attorney Rozin-Golinder epitomizes each of the qualities outlined above and received this award on January 22, 2019, at the MCBA’s Annual Family Law Dinner Meeting in Edison.

In 2016, Ms. Rozin-Golinder proudly opened Rozin | Golinder Law and began her ongoing recognition on the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list. In addition to running her firm, Rozin-Golinder is an active and presenting member and trustee of the MCBA, a voting member of the Family Law Executive Committee, an R. 1:40 Qualified Mediator, and an Early Settlement Panelist in Middlesex County.
She is proud to accept the Martin S. Goldin Family Law Award and add this honor to her growing list of achievements.
