Alyssa Bartholomew has dedicated her practice to matrimonial and family law matters. Ms. Bartholomew has experience zealously representing clients across New Jersey, focusing on the complex issues surrounding divorce, custody and parenting time disputes, child support, alimony and equitable distribution. Ms. Bartholomew ardently works with her clients to support them through the difficult process of their family law matters in order to come to an efficient and positive resolution.
Ms. Bartholomew received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Joseph’s University. Upon graduation, she received a Juris Doctorate from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline of School. While in law school, Ms. Bartholomew focused on a wide range of practice areas not only interning for the Honorable Richard F. Wells in Camden County, but also interning for a civil defense litigation firm in Philadelphia. It was Ms. Bartholomew’s Pro Bono work for the Domestic Violence Assistance Project in Philadelphia, however, that formed her passion for family law.
Prior to joining Rozin | Golinder Law, Ms. Bartholomew was a law clerk for the Honorable Nan S. Famular, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division in Camden County. During her clerkship, she worked on multiple areas of the law, including foreclosure, chancery, probate, and family and matrimonial matters. Following her clerkship, Ms. Bartholomew was an Associate Attorney at Adinolfi & Packman, P.A. located in Camden County where she focused her practice exclusively on family and matrimonial matters.
Since joining Rozin | Golinder Law, Ms. Bartholomew has volunteered as a panelist with the Early Settlement Panel for the Matrimonial Division in Middlesex County and has been appointed by the Court to act as a Guardian Ad Litem. Ms. Bartholomew is currently an Associate Editor for the New Jersey Family Law Editorial Board and has been selected by New Jersey Super Lawyers as a Rising Star each year since 2020.
